What makes your <3 whole? #Redemption @JessFallenStar

The dark secret Kayden has kept hidden for years is finally out. Worse, he’s facing charges for battery. The only way to clear his name is for Callie to speak up-something he’ll never ask her to do. Instead, he’ll do whatever he must to protect her . . . even if it means letting go of the only girl he’s ever loved.

Callie knows Kayden is going back to his dark place and desperately wants to save him. But that means facing her greatest fear and admitting her own painful secrets aloud. The thought of breaking her silence terrifies her-but not as much as the thought of losing Kayden forever.

Deep in her heart, Callie knows the time has come for her and Kayden to forget the pain of the past. With the help of her friends Seth and Luke she makes a plan to show Kayden the life they could have. But can she convince him they can make a fresh start together-or is she already too late?

Casey’s Thoughts ❤

The moment that I read The Coincidence of Callie & Kayden my world changed.  There aren’t words to describe how I feel about each character, their bonds, baggage, heartache, and strength.  And when it ended, it left me in tears and on the verge of hyperventilating!  I knew Kayden would survive.  He had to.. if not for him, for Callie.

Redemption starts like the next page in the life of Callie & Kayden.  Kayden is trying to survive, and Callie is battling as well.  What do you do when the one person that makes you whole pushes you away because they think it’s best?  Do you obey their wishes or do you fight for what your heart desires?  These are the hurdles that Callie faces.

This story is about growth of individuals.  Callie and Kayden have a past.  Both of them aren’t pretty, and they each relive their nightmares daily.  Inside they are crumbling to pieces, but when they are together, they are whole.  Their two nightmares create one beautiful fairy tale.  The question they both face are can they tell?  If they do, how will their lives change?

Both Callie & Kayden find closure, but it’s not in the way most would think.  In fact, I have to say that I gained a lot of respect for Jackson, Callie’s brother.  On the other hand, Kayden’s parents respect factor is in the negative…. like big time! (Even though it was already there!)

The Redemption of Callie & Kayden will warm your heart, break it, piece it back together, wrap duct tape around it (because it holds anything together,) and watch it grow into a beautiful, beating heart!
