Wowza!  It’s hard to believe that this time last weekend I was at my first signing as an author and a featured blogger!  Here’s a little insight into the weekend!

Thursday- arrived in Savannah to a hot 80 degrees, first stop was Wet Willies (Yum! Shock Treatment, Bob Marley, and Call a Cab!)…then to the famous Crab Shak where the elite eat in their bare feet!

Friday- started the day off with a trip to Tybee Island, a shrimp burger, a walk on the pier… the same pier in Nicholas Sparks’s The Last Song, the best Bloody Mary ever, and a night out in Savannah!  Biggest question of the weekend… to get a tattoo or not???   Welscome event and back to Wet Willie’s with the girls from Wine, Relaxation, & My Kindle!

Saturday- The stress level began to rise!  I attended a great Author Panel featuring the Male POV!  It was fabulous!  Then it was time for the signing!  Deep breaths!  It went awesome… my biggest question from people coming by my table.  “Can I have that bottle of Jack??”  Also, my mom made a new BFF, the fabulous Nicole Reed’s mom!  After the event, it was time for my panel, Hometown Romance.  Oh Cash Money, how we all love you!  It was fun, but I kinda had to get out of my shell!  Yes, I am kinda quiet!

We had supper with out family at Wild Wing, drinks, and then to a little Karoke and open bar!  Great time, great friends, and a night to remember!

Sunday- Farewell, then getting pulled before out of the Savannah City Limits!  (For a freakin’ break light!)  Never been so thank full for a Diet Sundrop in the front seat in my life!  The cop had family in our hometown!  CRAZY!!!!

That was #NASW13 in a quick nutshell.  Now… a fabulous giveaway!  It’s full of signed paperbacks, swag, and t-shirts!  Here’s the link!

  1. You packed a lot in! I love Wet Willies. One Savannah treat I got was the River Street parade on Saturday night, which I saw with my sister. What a great place. How was Tybee’s Island? I hope to go there one day.
